You have 14 days from the initial purchase to return. Product must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic returns for purchases obtained through curb side pick-up or shop by appointment must be returned through post or private shipping. 


Footwear must be returned with its original packaging and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. Please mail the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to, lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
